The organizationof Luwai Foundation consists of three bodies that work together to ensure the foundation’s functioning:

The General Assembly stands for an open dialogue with all stakeholders, shared responsibility, and collective ownership of the foundation’s activities and impact. They meet at least twice a year.
The members are the board of directors, the regional councillor, the Miririny chairman and his deputies, the president and the vice president of the MDAA Group, and other stakeholders on invitation.
